About Us

The Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority (MAJSA) provides waste water conveyance and treatment services for Fairview, Rice, and Wright townships in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

Office open 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
Plant open 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
Inspectors available 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

The MAJSA Board of Directors meets at 7pm every 2nd Monday of the month at the MAJSA offices.
