Payment Options

By Mail
You can mail a check or money order to:

Please enclose the upper portion of the bill with your payment; keep the other half of your bill for your records.

In Person
You can pay in person at the MAJSA business office or at Citizens Bank, 219 South Mountain Blvd., in Mountaintop. We accept cash, checks or money orders (sorry, no credit cards).

Automatic Payment
If you would like, you can arrange to have your bill paid automatically each quarter directly from your checking or savings account. To take advantage of this convenient option:

1) Open the Automatic Cash Transfer Application Form. (You must have Adobe Reader to view the form; most computers come with this software already installed, but if necessary, you can download it for free.)

2) Fill out the form. Either:
     a) Print the form and then fill it out by hand; OR
     b) Fill out the form on your computer and then print it.

3) Sign and date the form.

4) Mail the form to MAJSA, 290 Morio Dr., Mountain Top, PA 18707. Don't forget to include a voided check if you wish to have the payments withdrawn from your checking account.
